Sometimes your cup just needs a good clean and doesn’t need to be replaced. Please look at our FAQ page to ensure you’ve cleaned your cups properly before purchasing new cups.REPLACING A DRINKER CUP
If your purchase is intended to replace a damaged cup on your Royal Rooster drinker and feeder set, simply unscrew your old cup and screw in your new cup nice and tight. The thread created previously on your drinker tube will also work for your new cup.CREATING YOUR OWN SYSTEM
If you’re wanting to purchase these cups to create your own system, you’ll need a 9mm drill bit to drill into your container for the drinker cup to screw into. Generally speaking you do not want to have too much overhead pressure on the drinker cups as the valves will not be able to hold. We have found our 50cm drinkers to work perfectly with these drinker cups.FOR CHICKENS OF ALL AGES
As soon as your chicks have hatched, they can use these drinker cups. They are ideal for chicks as they can’t accidentally drown like they can in larger water containers. Just ensure you hang the drinker low enough for the chicks to reach. The cups are valve operated so they automatically replenish when the water level goes down meaning the chicks don’t need to peck on the floats for the cups to work.EUROPEAN MADE
These ‘lubing cups’ are made in Germany but have Royal Rooster’s special blue float inserted which allows more water in these valve operated drinker cups than previously. We have found this water level ideal for backyard chickens.LEAD TIME AND FREIGHT
